Complimentary Doggie Bags

There are complimentary plastic bags centrally located near the bank of mail boxes, and along the foot path between Deer Creek Condos and Deer Creek Townhomes.

Recycling



We can now put recyclable materials in a bin to be collected the first and third Thursday of the mont.. Recyclable materials may be "mingled.," which means you can put a mix of recyclable materials in the same bin.




What's New at Foothills Park & Recreation?

The Ridge Recreation Center and The Edge Ice Area is located at 6613 & 6623 S. Ward Street in Littleton, near C-470 & Bowles.  It is a, state-of-the-art, 83,000 square foot multi-purpose recreation center featuring a climbing wall, clay arts studio, leisure pool, dance and more.

The Edge Ice Arena is a 80,000 square foot, two sheet ice arena. Figure and synchronized skating, plus skating lessons will be offered.

We are Foothills District residents. District residents will pay a reduced fee. Non-District residents are welcome to participate in any Foothills class/activity for a slightly higher fee.

Leash Law

The homeowner's association has received complaints regarding pets off their leashes. All pets must be on leashes at all times. Any pets off leashes may be picked up by animal control or subject to fines by the homeowner's association.

Let's be a responsible pet owner and a good neighbor.

 


Thirsty Trees & Bushes

Due to water restrictions, please be a good neighbor and use a bucket to water our trees and bushes once a month - all year round. We will be generously rewarded throughout the year.

Pool & Hot Tub

Additional card keys are $25.00, with a maximum of two issues per unit.

The pool will open from May 15 - September 30.

The hot tub will open April 1 - October 30.

Only homeowners whose assessments are not delinquent are permitted to use the swimming pool and hot tub.

Please slow down to a complete stop at the stop signs in our community - It's the law.




No Parking Zones

Be a good neighbor and do not park in a "No Parking" zone. Urban Protection will routinely patrol our community looking for offenders.

First offense - you will be given a warning.
Second offense - you will be towed.

 


Mail & Identity Theft

According to Jim Price, former Golden Postmaster and past President of our board, thieves are breaking into neighborhood cluster mailboxes and also centralized group mailbox units at residential communities, apartment complexes, condominiums and townhomes. Jim asks postal customers to report theft or suspicious activity to local police and to postal inspectors:
(303) 313-5320.

The Postal Inspection Service will pay a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the prosecution and conviction of any person(s) connected with mail theft. Theft of the mail or any act having to do with the willful or unlawful possession of stolen mail is a felony, and upon conviction, subject to a fine of up to $250,000 and up to five years imprisonment.
