Exterior Alterations
 All residents are reminded that any exterior change requires prior approval of the board of directors. These may include, but are not limited to, decks in the patio area; permanent or semi permanent shades, lattice, air conditioning units, evaporative coolers, skylights and roof vents.
If you are considering some type of exterior modification, please contact your management company for an Architectural Request Form. Any contract signed for home improvements should be signed conditional to approval by the association.

 Individual plantings will be allowed only inside fenced areas, with the following exceptions: hanging baskets are permissible under the overhang of porches and eaves, portable plants may be placed upon, near to or attached to fences, and planting in common areas which have received the prior approval of the board of directors.

Automatic Banking Approved By Board
 All interested homeowners are able to sign up for automatic, direct payment of their monthly homeowner's due to the association. If you want to use this service, contact your management office. There is no cost to the homeowner for this service.

Recycling Date
 Recycling dates are every other week on the normal pick up day. Please have your recycling on the street by 7:00 a.m.

Leash Law
 The homeowner's association has received complaints regarding pets off their leashes. All pets must be on leashes at all times. Any pets off leashes may be picked up by animal control or subject to fines by the homeowner's association

Mail & Identity Theft
 Thieves are breaking into neighborhood cluster mailboxes and also centralized group mailbox units at residential communities, apartment complexes, condominiums and townhomes. Postal customers are asked to report theft or suspicious activity to local police and to postal inspectors:

The Postal Inspection Service will pay a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the prosecution and conviction of any person(s) connected with mail theft. Theft of the mail or any act having to do with the willful or unlawful possession of stolen mail is a felony, and upon conviction, subject to a fine of up to $250,000 and up to five years imprisonment.
